Judgment adoption rejects input VibePro did not prepare. A draft receipt and the adoption record are HMAC-signed. The receipt binds the PR number, source head, prepared_at, advisory, and blocking. The adoption signature covers reviewed_by. Keys shorter than 32 characters are refused.
Compatibility
Prepare, adopt, evaluate, and audit fail until VIBEPRO_JUDGMENT_RECEIPT_HMAC_KEY is set to at least 32 characters and a pull request number is available. --reviewed-by must be human:<id> or agent:<id>. Rewriting reviewed_by on an adoption fails audit.

Store a key of at least 32 characters in Infisical (https://infisical.unson.jp) and inject VIBEPRO_JUDGMENT_RECEIPT_HMAC_KEY into the environment that runs prepare, adopt, evaluate, and audit. Set VIBEPRO_JUDGMENT_PR_NUMBER to the current pull request.

judgment prepare fills judgment fields from Story headings, including the Japanese aliases. Headings inside fences and indented code are ignored. An unclosed fence, or a fence whose supposed close carries an info string, stays open and warns.
Compatibility
Stories without these headings keep the uncertain draft and emit the no-section warning. An unclosed fence adds a second warning.
User Action
Put the judgment frame and options under the headings above when the draft should be evaluable without editing the JSON. Close fences with a bare ``` or ~~~ line.
